"The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures and perfect for our large group. Jimmy the concierge was amazing and very accommodating, the housekeeper did an excellent job, and having a security guard at night made us all that much more comfortable. "Casa uno was a great place to stay! 2 minutes to a great dinner (Father Rooster), a beautiful beach, and relaxing pools. It's a lovely setting and had everything we needed. Sergio was there for check in and check out and he was delightful! Communication with the hosts was excellence. Would definitely stay again!"

"My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group. "

"What can I say? The Palms is our happy place. This was our second time there (in a different unit) and we just love it. The location cannot be be. Literally a couple steps to the pool and then a couple more to the beach. It's so beautiful and so convenient. The staff is incredible taking care of everything and then some.We will be back and hope to stay in this beautiful unit again. "

House had everything that we needed and a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Communication with Patricia was very easy, she was very accommodating. "Villa Niuri is an amazing place to have a vacation. The views are amazing and even better than in the pictures! The Villa far surpassed our expectations. The grounds of Reserva Conchal are very clean and safe. Samantha, Fabiola and Ricardo are awesome! Samantha took care of all our needs. They are great cooks! Waking up to daily cooked breakfast was very nice! This vacation was by far one of the best!!!"
