20km from Porto Vecchio, 2 km from the famous Cavo natural swimming pool.
Luxury villa fully air conditioned, with 3 bedrooms (One of which is on the mezzanine): Master bedroom with a large 160X200 bed with bathroom and WC, a second bedroom with a large 160X200 bed, a 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine with access to the sea view terrace . A bathroom with Italian shower, separate WC. A large living room with American kitchen, fully equipped upscale. Laundry room, large freezer, second fridge, washing machine. Terrace with pergola and plancha. Private parking for 2 vehicles.

Superbe villa dans le lotissement très calme de Capo Di Stelle, à 300 m de la mer, bien située, surplombant la mer et la plage de Fautea. Villa très bien entretenue, très bien équipée, couchage en 160 de qualité, elle est spacieuse, idéale pour 6 personnes. Cerise sur le gâteau bon accueil du propriétaire Tony, personne très sympathique, disponible à tout moment, qui indique les choses essentielles à faire sur l'île de beauté et les bonnes adresses. Vraiment un beau séjour !!

Schones Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten tolle Ferien in dem schönen Haus. Tony war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Mit Ubersetzungsapp konnten wir uns gut verständigen und alles hat super funktioniert. Das Haus ist toll gelegen mit schönem Pool.

Tolle Auszeit

Modern eingerichtete Villa mit einem unbezahlbarem Blick über das Meer! Ab Vormittags bis zum frühen Abend Sonne auf der Terrasse und am Pool, was Frühstück und Abendessen draußen im Schatten ermöglicht. Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage in der Ferienhausanlage ist generell zentral. Bis auf ein Restaurant sind Abendaktivitäten ohne Auto allerdings nicht zu erreichen. Antoine hat sich in jeder Lage um unsere Belange gekümmert, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Zeit, die wir dort hatten.

À la hauteur de nos attentes

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines chez Tony. Ce qu’il faut retenir : La maison est vraiment bien, même mieux que sur l’annonce car des travaux ont été faits récemment. En effet la chambre du haut est immense maintenant, et tous les ouvrants sont équipés de moustiquaires : TOP Tout est très propre et la maison est richement équipée. La piscine et la terrasse sont très bien sans aucun vis-à-vis La vue est magnifique de toute part, et le lotissement est vraiment calme. Seul point moins positif mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien. Le réseau mobile n’est pas accessible depuis la maison et ses alentours ; on ne peut compter que sur le Wifi de la maison (pensez à demander le code avant d’arriver 😉). Une foi connectés à la fibre tout va bien 😊 En résumer : nous recommandons à 99,9 %, satisfaction garantie !!!

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, v.a. den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Strände und die Berge. Der Strand von Fautea kann fussläufig erreicht werden, hier gibt es auch ein Restaurant, in dem man gut essen oder auch nur etwas trinken kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passés un agréable moment, la maison est spacieuse, très Jolie, la piscine est top ! La 3 chambre se trouve ds la mezzanine qui est ouverte au dessus du salon et cuisine. La Villa se trouve ds un lotissement au calme Merci À Tony qui est très à l écoute 😉 et très réactif.

Einfach traumhaft

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und ruhig am Hang gelegen. Die Aussicht aus dem oberen Zimmer ist atemberaubend. Der Terrassenbereich mit dem Pool sehr grosszügig und mit Liegen, Essgelegenheit und Gasgrill toll ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist hervorragend, es fehlt an Nichts - einfach traumhaft! Antoine, der Vermieter, ist sehr fürsorglich, unheimlich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals, Tony! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un petit coin de paradis

Notre séjour dans la villa de Tony était parfait. La villa est spacieuse, très bien équipée et dans un superbe état. La vue à 180 degrés sur la mer depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Cette villa est dans un environnement calme et bien placée pour découvrir de belles plages comme l’intérieur des terres. Elle dispose d’une superbe piscine sans vis à vis et sécurisée pour les enfants. Tony nous met a disposition du matériel de qualité ( plancha, mobilier de jardin, electro-menager, TV, wifi, etc...) De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Bref un séjour qui nous a vraiment donne envie de revenir. Un grand merci à Tony pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité Une adresse à conseiller sans hésitation

Un séjour de rêve dans une très agréable maison

Très agréable maison, idéalement située à Fautea à 20 min de Porto Vecchio La maison est à 2 min d’une superbe plage, accessible à pied. Elle offre tout le confort possible (clim, piscine, terrasse avec plancha ), un grand salon et de belles chambres, 2 salles de bain etc... l’intérieur est moderne et bien entretenue Le quartier est calme ce qui est vraiment appréciable Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous donnera de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours Vraiment un très beau séjour dans une très belle maison !
