Superbe vue sur la mer

Bon séjour malgré un problème de climatisation qui a mis plusieurs jours à se résoudre.Aurait pu être anticipé.Belle vue sur la mer depuis un balcon limite en grandeur pour 5 personnes.

Super vue ! Idéal pour 2 couples sans enfants.

Attention, plusieurs choses à savoir que l'on ne voit pas dans l'annonce. La maison est un triplex, chambre en rez de jardin. Pièce de vie au milieu avec terrasse et chambre en mezzanine. Cette dernière n'est pas climatisée donc courage à ceux qui dorment en haut.. c'est un four.. Maison pas conçu pour des enfants en bas âge. Les gardes corps des escaliers sont très "espacés", les tiroirs s'ouvrent facilement et sont remplis de basard (cables, piles, etc..) les tables basses à 3 pieds sont pas top stables, c'est simple nous avons passé la semaine à surveiller notre petite de 12 mois. Autre point noir, pas de réseau téléphonique, là encore si vous devez appeler les urgences vous devez prendre la voiture et aller au village. Également à savoir ne comptez pas mettre vos ordures ménagère dans un container en bas de la résidence, non faut prendre la voiture et aller au village pour sortir les poubelles.. La TV ne fonctionne pas super et quasiment pas en cas d'orage. (Quand on en a besoin en fait..) D'ailleurs après un épisode orageux le plafond s'est mis à craquer pendant une journée complète non stop. La plage est à 10min à pieds depuis la maison est c'est pas mal et le point super c'est la vue incroyable sur la mer. Vous n'êtes pas près de retrouver une vue pareille ! Ça ne gomme pas les nombreux défauts de la maison qui est je pense parfaite pour un ou deux couples de jeunes. Mais une famille avec enfants en bas âge, passez votre chemin. La vue ne fait pas tout.
