Welcome to Salty, a beautiful family home in the heart of the Cabellou peninsula. Just 300 metres from the Bouchers beach, this typical Breton house, fully renovated, can comfortably accommodate 7 people.



The Cabellou peninsula is a privileged location in Concarneau, with magnificent coastal paths and numerous beaches combining white sand and wild rocks. Salty is an ode to holidays! Let yourself be tempted by its bright, spacious rooms tastefully decorated, its four warm bedrooms and its terrace overlooking a beautiful verdant garden.



Housing:



You will be welcomed by a large entrance with a beautiful staircase and several practical storage spaces for your beach belongings and suitcases. The vast living area, bathed in light and decorated with modernity, consists of a friendly dining room with a large table ideal for family or friends' meals, directly overlooking the terrace and garden. The spacious and comfortable lounge area invites relaxation with its cosy sofas and video projector for your movie nights. The video projector is equipped with classic television as well as services like Netflix.



The large fully fitted and equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors while preparing meals. On the garden side, everything is designed for relaxation: a large table, chairs, sunbeds, a small bench, armchairs and a barbecue will allow you to savour the Breton sun and outdoor aperitifs in a peaceful and verdant atmosphere. Upstairs, you will find a first spacious bedroom with a pleasant view of the garden, perfect for waking up in peace. A second large bedroom equipped with a double bed also offers a comfortable and bright setting. The elegant and functional bathroom has a bathtub to relax after a day at the beach or walking along the coast. To accommodate young and old, a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and another with bunk beds complete the floor. The whole is decorated with great taste, blending softness, natural colours and lovely illustrations.



Rental of household linen: Our concierge service offers the rental of household linen for the duration of your stay: Sheet set + bath towels: €20 per bed.



Bed sizes: 1 bed of 140/190, 1 bed of 160/200 and 1 bed of 90/190 and a bunk bed with 2 beds of 90/190.
