Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator and without a private parking space, it remains easy to access, with free parking available nearby from mid-September to mid-June. Its prime location allows you to do everything on foot: shops, market, restaurants, and the seaside are just a few minutes away.



Perfect for a stay as a couple, with friends, solo, or for a business trip, the apartment offers a setting that is both practical and comfortable. From the moment you arrive, you will appreciate the functional entrance area, ideal for dropping off your belongings after a visit to the covered market, located just 200 meters away.



The bright and welcoming living area features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a pleasant dining area, and a cosy lounge with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea.



The bedroom is comfortable and flexible, with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can suit both friends or a couple, as well as storage space. It opens directly onto an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Separate toilets provide additional comfort.



The location is ideal :

-Right in the city center, with the covered market just 200 meters away, Quai Nul beach 500 meters away, and restaurants, shops, and the harbor all within walking distance.



Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator and does not have a private parking space, although free parking is available nearby (Quai Perenoff) from mid-September to mid-June. The accommodation is not suitable for babies, as no crib or high chair is provided.



Telma is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, holidays, or a remote working stay, combining comfort, modern style, and a peaceful yet central location.



Bed linen rental is available during your stay: sheets and towels set for €20 per bed (two single beds 90 x 190 cm). This optional service must be requested at the time of booking.
