In a private, quiet dead end, this old lighthouse keeper's house was completely renovated in late 2016. By the customs road you are on foot 10 minutes from the walled city and the city center by the small ferry. The necessary shops are 5 minutes walk as well as the beach and the municipal swimming pool. The thalassotherapy center in town.

On the ground floor: entrance with toilet. The fitted kitchen is open to the living room giving access to a 25m2 terrace with sea view and marina exposed to the south west where you can admire the sunset. The living room is equipped with a TV with access to French, English, German channels, etc., free wifi. The wood stove is an undeniable plus for somewhat cool evenings in mid-season or winter.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms with sea view equipped with new hotel quality bedding of 160x190. The third bedroom overlooking the garden is equipped with 2 90x190 beds that can be put together. All bedrooms are fitted with electric shutters. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower of 140 cmX80 cm, a vanity unit and a WC.

Outside: a private enclosed living space at the rear facing east, accessible on one level by the kitchen with 4 armchairs, a table, 6 chairs and the barbecue. At the front, a terrace open to the living room living room to the south west with a table and 6 chairs, parasol, view of the sea, the marina and the city.
