Top Destination family, couple or solo

Top-level staff and service with excellent bar and restaurant at a hotel overlooking the beach and the ocean. If you don't like the lullaby of the ocean waves, the profound beauty of the sea, or sunset dinners on your balcony, stay across the street and down the block where you can listen to the cars pass by. I have stayed at this hotel several times and absolutely loved it. The rooms are comfortable and most have recently been renovated(closet, cupboards, small fridge and desk).

Breathtaking sunsets, moon risings, generous breakfast, all nuxe toiletries, delicious dinners… What a fabulous find! They provide lovely robes and slippers, we were in room 4 which had an in-room safe, jacuzzi and a large exterior dining table and two full sized sun beds. Truly a gem. Grateful for the friendly and accommodating staff. It was magical to fall asleep listening to the waves along the shoreline and spend the day soaking up the sun! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Très belle chambre. Cependant, le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas. Décevant quand on voit le prix de la chambre avec le jaccuzi…. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas eu de geste commercial concernant ce désagrément.

Extraordinaire nuit

Hôtel sublime au pied du sable. Rénové récemment avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Du très haut standing, de la déco à la qualité éléments de confort en passant par la gentillesse du personnel. J’ai passé une merveilleuse nuit, bercé par le bruit les vagues, c’était enivrant. La vue de la chambre sur la mer est extraordinaire avec une petite terrasse pour les beaux jours. Le restaurant est à la hauteur avec vue sur la mer. J’y retournerais très certainement Merci à toute l’équipe du LSB.

L’aménagement de la chambre n’est pas incroyable pour un 4 étoiles. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer: nous retrouvé du sable dans le lit au niveau des pieds, à se demander si les draps avaient été changés… mais il était trop tard pour aller se plaindre… Sinon la vue est topissime mais le sable dans le lit fait que clairement c’est inacceptable.

LA CHUTE d'une INSTITUTION...

HYPER DECEVANT... Hey... les gars : Ce n'est pas parce que vous avez une vue incroyable qu'il ne faut plus s'occuper du confort de vos clients. Chambres en Rdc à EVITER... Chambres très sombre Salle de bain basique et blanche cadavérique inspirée d'un hôpital ? unique petite fenêtre sous forme de meurtrière dans la douche / baignoire et donnant directement sur le trottoir. HONNETEMENT, je n'invente pas ! Vous ouvrez la petite meurtrière et vous pouvez littéralement discutez, saluer les passants ou les conducteurs qui garent leurs voitures. Même chose quand vous êtres sur les toilettes... Pour accéder au chambres du Rdc, vous devez passer par l'extérieur (terrasse) pas d'autres choix. Mais entre la réception et l'extérieur, vous avez la véranda à traverser (sorte de terrasse semi couverte). C'est le lieu des fumeurs de l'hôtel qui ne veulent pas se cailler dehors pour se griller leurs cigarettes. Conséquence : Vous êtes OBLIGES de traverser un véritable FUMOIR à chaque sortie ou accès à votre chambre... Du n'importe quoi !!!! Franchement ! Le petit déjeuner a été calamiteux. Pardon. Service en partie à table avec une pauvre petite jeune fille (en alternance) responsable du petit déjeuner, téléphone, check out, et des demandes en réception... Imaginez, cette pauvre demoiselle courant dans tous les sens. Bref, après 20mn d'attente pour avoir un café, nous voilà parti à la recherche de tasses en ouvrant placards et armoires. Sur 20 clients, seuls 2 étaient assis servis.
