We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. They weren't at all helpful and were very rude."

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face.
