"This property needs care, it is located inside a hotel but owned and managed by somebody Elise. This means that the staff in the lobby will not help you on anything related inside your room.
Issues:
1- The air conditioner makes very loud noises (it shakes the bedroom windows, very scary) and switches from heating to cooling.
2- They don’t bring you clean towels, even if you put them on the floor. Cleaning staff will pick them from the floor and hang them back (as if they were fresh clean...

"A acomodação é boa e bem localizada. A única coisa é quanto ao estacionamento que não estava muito claro a sua inclusão ou não. Como normalmente fico nesse hotel e todas as vezes a descrição sempre foi precisa quando inclui ou não vaga, neste caso fui induzida ao erro. Acho que o anúncio deveria ser mais claro. O ESTACIONAMENTO NÃO ESTÁ INCLUSO."
