"Firstly, it’s an older building and that adds to the charm, so don’t expect an ultra modern room. The young lady on reception was outstanding, she couldn’t be more helpful when I wanted to connect my Firestick to the room tv to watch live football 😉. Breakfast included was excellent and plentiful and although I never thought we would use it, the food at the Bistro attached to the hotel served really good food - with the bonus of a 15% discount as a hotel guest. Location was perfect for everything Tavira had to offer"

"Lovely clean rooms, plenty of space, good sized shower. Site is well maintained, staff are excellent and the pool is super clean. Supermarket on site is also excellent and not overpriced, despite convenience. Will return again."

"Very nice hotel, clean common areas. Bedroom was good size as was the bathroom. Bed was nice and firm but not too hard and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with good mix of breads, meats, cheeses and fruits. They only have one Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast and at times 2-3 people waiting in line, Easy to purchase another one. There is no gym which would have been nice to have. The courtyard which was one of the things that looked beautiful in the pictures is under construction and walled off so wish that had been disclosed in the reservation. Nice pool area and free parking within hotel grounds (enclosed by security door). In a nice quiet area of Tavira, within 5 minute walk of the river"

"A lovely lovely hotel? 5 minute walk from the Roman bridge and hustle and bustle of the old town. The Pool area was beautifully relaxing, the pool bar didn’t open while we were there sun-tues. Breakfast was really tasty with allergy friendly options too. We had"

"It’s very central to the restaurants and coffee bars - they are on the same town square. It’s a lovely old building but very modern and clean inside. On arrival the staff were very friendly and smiling and showed us around the property. The room was cleaned very well every day. The breakfast had a great selection, with freshly cooked food and was available from early til 10:30 Would definitely stay at this hotel if in Tavira again."

"This was my second solo week at this hotel and I was more than happy with my return visit. The hotel is spacious and welcoming with very well kept gardens. The room I had was again spacious and clean. The food is incredible with many different things to try at each meal; this was one of the main attractions luring me back to the hotel from last year! The pool is clean and family friendly without being too loud. The staff are very friendly without being ‘in your face’ which I found perfect. The road train down to the beach is a lovely trip where you can see avocados growing on the trees as well as typical citrus fruit of the region."

"Unfortunately for me I got really sick at my first Day and it lasted all week, so I spent all week at my room in pain not been able to enjoy the holiday hotel with my family! But my kids loved the swimming pool and the kids club."
