Stunning Waterfront Home On The Bay, only 22 minutes from downtown St. John's

  • Brand new executive style home. 3 stories with a deck on two levels. TV's in every room with a built in high end audio system. Chefs kitchen with all amenities and eat in areas. Huge living room area with a special view from the 3rd floor loft. The loft has a yoga area and an extra sleeping space if needed.
    Stunning master suite with a walk in closet and huge spa like bathroom.
    The house is situated on 1.3 acres of prime waterfront area in a very quite neighbourhood. Directly behind the house and along the waterfront is a walking/cycling trail that runs for miles in either direction.
    2 car garage with interior door. Rear 40 foot deck with a patio dining area complete with a Weber BBQ and a spectacular view of the water.
    This is the perfect spot to watch the sun set, the occasional whale go by and the mist and fog roll in. You may also see the odd iceberg in the bay.
