"Small but nice"

"Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you. "The outside is great very pretty and the cove is a great place to paddleboard. The house is much smaller than the pictures show. The inside is pretty old and needs work on a lot of things. They have a caretaker named Ben who is great and very helpful. You need to bring soap for the dishwasher and laundry. All in all a nice place to stay not far from grace beach."

"An unforgettable vacation starts with an unforgettable house and “Grace on the Bay” is just that. It’s a perfect place to spend time inside and out. It was so clean it sparkled and the owners had everything we needed.Mr. John is absolutely the BEST and he was always available as needed. (And so kind to us)Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy, the ferry ride was quick as we got our first glimpse of beautiful North Caicos.Mr. John had a car waiting and helped us get to our own private paradise-Grace on the Bay.Our concierge, Regina was always available to help out with any details. The perfect place for 8 FOREVER friends to make forever memories!Thanks to Dave, the owner, for being so wonderful to us!"

"The house was perfect. We had 4 couples. Perfect space for all of us. The house was very clean and had a lot of little amenities. You are ON THE beach. BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises. It was an amazing relaxing getaway to float in the ocean all day. The host was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definately stay here again. "

"Plenty of things to do on the beach. Jet skiing is within walking distance. Host provides paddle boarding and kayaking. We kayaked to the floating bar. We saw a sting ray, crabs and fish right off the beach. So beautiful here. Highly recommend staying here in this cozy cottage."

"Amazing staff"

"I’ve rented several properties on different platforms, different destinations and this is for sure one of the most beautiful views. HOWEVER, the house is old and needs lots of maintenance. We booked this house for 9 days but had to depart on the 3rd day, due to rodent infestation(!) We didn’t feel comfortable staying another day there. For the amount we’ve paid, the house felt short. Everything is dated, there are TV wires hanging on the walls, the outdoor bbq area is totally rusted and not functional. The pier is nice, but to go in and out of the water is a hustle. If you have small kids or older ppl you won’t be able to enjoy that. The property manager took 2 days to book one activity for us (something that she said she could do in a few minutes). Overall it’s a pity because the house is well located, has the PERFECT views but is not maintained whatsoever. If you have the means to stay in a nice property, choose wisely. The island is beautiful and full of beautiful new houses…"
