If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms. "

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. I could of stayed there and never left for minths at a time. We literally dis nothing but sock up the sun and water all day everyday and I would of had it any other way. Take a stroll down the beach and eat dinner and watch the sun set. Brian and Lynne are great at answering all questions and immediately. House manager Mac will get you anywhere you want to go. The beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen and for the most part void of other visitors. At times, it felt like we were the only people on that end of the island. "This stay was our 5th trip to North Caicos so we have stayed at several homes on the island and this was by far the absolute best!The location is one of the most beautiful, secluded and calm beaches in TCI. Convenient to 3 Marys Cay, several local restaurants (Barracuda Beach Bar, Cilantro's, MyDee's) and just off the main road to Bottle Creek and the Middle Caicos Causeway.The home is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games, magazines, smart tv...even a basket full of sunscreen and bug spray that other guests generously have left behind to pay it forward!)The house is beautifully designed and comfortable. Loved having plenty of hot water and water pressure in the showers! This is definitely not always the case even in luxury rentals.The pool was the perfect size and well maintained/cleaned.The beach included a covered pergola that was an amazing spot to enjoy the views and relax by the ocean.I could go on and on with positive details about our experience. No negatives at all!The house management team made our stay so easy and comfortable. Communication was answered quickly and answers were always friendly and helpful.We plan of booking for the same time next year and will be bringing our grown children to enjoy a family vacation! "

Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice."
