"We were very pleased with the nice, quiet neighborhood and the size of the house. It accommodated all of the guest we had and our newborn. The only problem we had was that it was not very clean. The baseboards were dirty, the walls had stains on them, the couches had stains on them as well. The sliding door had smudges and dirt all over it. When we walked around our feet was black. Everything was fine and up to our expectations beside the cleanliness of the place."

"We have 4 kids under 5 years old & it was the perfect little basement apartment for them! There’s a bunch of pull out beds which my kids just crashed on after spending 3 hr at the pool every evening. The pool has a nice wading area that even my 2 year old could stand and play in, and the slightly older ones could wear floaties and swim on their own off the ledges. They cried when we had to leave. The neighborhood seemed safe, however, it appears a storm had damaged some of the neighborhood properties."
