"A real treat. Beautiful chateau in wonderful surroundings, sip a glass of champagne as you wander around the grounds! The room was characterful and spacious and the decor throughout is beautiful. We had the gourmet dinner which was exceptional. The staff could not have been nicer. "

"Great hotel and great location. Staff were friendly but discrete. Parking on site and good bars and restaurants within 50m. Modern, clean and very pleasant hotel. Above all, staff did not insist on speaking English to me and put up with my poor French. A rarity in France in my exprrience! Definitely the best hotel in Epernay, we having tried at least 4 others. We will definitely be back!"

They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
