Ficamos extremamente gratos por essa casa. Amigos e família vieram, todo mundo tinha espaço, banheiro, conforto. Uma vista incrível é um condomínio com segurança. Única coisa foi as escadas, só se prepare pra exercitar.A Regina foi super legal e disposta a ajudar. Espero muito ficar de novo nessa casa no futuro!

Dias maravilhosos

Lugar muito bom , casa grande e confortável , só achei os 3 quartos de baixo um pouco abafado ... Mas os de cima são maravilhosos bem espaçoso e fresquinho , a vista é maravilhosa o mar ótimo para nadar a piscina também , condomínio bem tranquilo e organizado. Regina é muito prestativa nos deixou várias dicas de passeio. Amamos, espero voltar com certeza !!!!

Vista maravilhosa!!

A localização é ótima!! E a vista sensacional!! A casa é ampla, confortável e bem equipada. Todos os quartos são suíte. Ter uma pequena marina no condomínio é excelente, pois é só agendar um passeio que o barco vem pegar no próprio condomínio. O único porém é que a casa fica no alto e é necessário subir vários degraus, o que pode ser um problema para quem dificuldade de locomoção. Mas vale a pena, pois a vista é um show a parte. A Regina, dona da casa, foi muito prestativa! Enviou dicas do que fazer na cidade, telefones úteis. Um amor!! Adoramos passar a virada de 2014-2015 nesse paraíso!!!

Imóbel bastante confortável

Quando chegamos tivemos um problema com a limpeza da casa, pois ela não havia sido limpa, então encontramos alguns cômodos bem sujos, mas no dia seguinte a diarista passou por lá e limpou toda a casa, foi então que percebemos o quão acolhedora e confortável a casa é. Ela possui uma vista maravilhosa para a praia. Tivemos ótimas tardes na própria piscina do condomínio e também na praia privativa. Na casa cozinhamos, jogamos, fizemos churrasco, enfim, nos divertimos demais. Recomendo a casa para qualquer pessoa que queira curtir um período de paz e sossego.

Lugar mais lindo do que nas fotos

Casa excelente, muito aconchegante, muito espaçosa e com todos os utensílios necessários. Lugar lindo, vista realmente linda, muitas opções de passeios e lugares para se visitar, bons restaurantes e funcionários do condomínio muito gentis. Os proprietários se mostraram sempre dispostos a ajudar, dando vários dicas de tudo que tem para ser fazer na região.... Recomendo muito!

Meu carnaval

Meu nome é Igor Cruz e tenho 22 anos... estava procurando casa para passar a temporada com minha namorada e amigos e alguns insistiam que sairiam muito caro passar o carnaval na costa verde mas mudaram completamente de ideia quando achamos essa casa. Primeiramente pela educação e simplicidade dos proprietários que não tratam inquilinos de temporada como ameaça e sim como quase amigos, segundo pela casa e seus utensílios que em nada deixam a desejar e terceiro pelo lugar em si, condomínio tranquilo, bem organizado e numa localização privilegiada, passando pela estrada parece que nada existe no local, mas depois de alguns metros numa pequena estrada logo se vê belas casas e muito do melhor da costa verde.. mar e mata. Espero em breve poder voltar....
