This hotel was amazing. The room with the outdoor hot tub was awesome, the service was excellent, and the food was also very, very good. We had a lively time!

This was the highlight of our trip!! Such a relaxing and lovely stay, perfectly luxurious without fuss, rustic in decor but also well maintained and very very warm and hospitable hosts, including the two cats and a chicken. The beautiful pool was a lifesaver on a very very hot two day stay, the meals were delicious and breakfasts bountiful. Cannot recommend enough. I was genuinely sad to leave.

Thank you positive experience only thing was bathroom curtain it was like a sheer white so bathed in day instead of night. Overall very positive experience super friendly and helpful staff.

We booked this on a whim when our travel plans pivoted. Everything about this stay was a five star experience. The location, the staff, the cleanliness,the incredible views from the room. The breakfast in particular was exceptional and my favorite out of several stays across Italy. Walkable to incredible restaurants and jus steps above the beach. We will be daydreaming about going back!!

Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers.

We had a wonderful time at the wine tasting offered by the property. Breakfast was excellent. It was helpful to have parking as you need transportation there.

Loved this place, the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was substantial. I recommend this hotel

Excellent BnB to stay in, would highly recommend to family and friends. Marie was fantastic host. The bedrooms and bathrooms and showers were wonderful. Marie made fresh baked goods for breakfast! Also, the pizza place right across the road was incredibly good.

A beautiful and unique property located on a prominent pet on the beach. What was once an old fort has been converted to a beautiful hotel, perfectly located. Trey are no sandy beaches here, but the sea is lovely, and the food and service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. BOOK ONLY HERE WHEN IN THE AREA! This property and room is beyond exceptional. It truly is a slice of heaven. The attention to every detail is nothing I have seen before in Italy. The comfort of the bed, the exceptionally soft sheets, the black out blinds, the shower, the art, even the colors and features of the room take you to such a relaxing and heavenly space. It is one thing to see the photos and another to experience - truly beyond my expectations. The spa was also heavenly. And...

Everything was perfect. Very polite people, very organised. Extremely clean and delicious breakfast. The best we’ ve had based on our 40 year experience in hotels. Highly recommended!
