"Spent ten weeks there this year after a pleasant stay a couple of years ago, even though we were out of gas for two weeks, but maintenance has been poor .Looking tired..Doors falling off cabinets needs a coat of paint inside pool area glass chipped and falling out of place Hob still broken after 2 years . I will be returning to the area again next year but not to this villa ."

Quant il est mis dans l'annonce "non fumeur" cela est loin de la réalité car une odeur nauséabonde de tabac règne dans la totalité du logement (y compris les chambres). Le propriétaire m'a répondu, sans gêne, qu'il fumait dehors ???? Cela devrait être précisé dans l'annonce.De plus le propriétaire ne doit pas connaître le mot "propreté" tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Quant nous sommes arrivés il a, comme nous, constaté la crasse du barbecue. Je...

"The villa was everything we were hoping for .The bedrooms were ideal for the age range of my family (77 down to 2). The facilities were first class, BBQ. Open air gas ring , and pizza oven . The swimming pool was a great asset . We were only 30 minutes away from beautiful villages ,beaches and Perpignan itself .All roind wonderful holiday enjoyed by everyone ."

"Hemos estado muy a gusto, con un patio fantástico para poder ir con tu mascota. El propietario era muy agradable y en todo momento estuvo disponible para resolver nuestras dudas. Lo único, hay un ligero olor de la fosa séptica, pero totalmente soportable. Las vistas preciosas, el entorno para senderismo y ruta de vinos genial. Volveremos sin duda!! muchas gracias!!!"
