"This hotel is idea from anywhere you wish to go. The staff is awesome in giving you the utmost attention when needed. Breakfast gives you a large variety of food to choose from. The rooms are excellent and very sound and safe. JANE LUO was very helpful and charming to speak to. She ask if there were any concerns during my stay and I advised her everything was great except that the laundry was a little on the expensive side. I didn't believe 6 T-Shirts, 9 underwears, 6 socks would be to be a little over a 100 US dollars. She said she would address this issue to her department. No need to find a bank they will exchange your money for RMB which was very convenient. Most cleark staff speak English. But other than that, its a great hotel if you desire class, elegance, location and good staff. "
