Located on the 1st floor, the modern apartment in maritime colors consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a small table, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television and a baby cot. In the private, outdoor area you will find a cosy terrace where you can enjoy a full-bodied glass of wine as the sun sets over the town. The highlight of the property, however, is its spectacular location by the beach and the shops of the town centre. A great variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes are all within 250 m or a 3-minute walk of the property. Moreover, the gorgeous beach Playa De Los Bateles awaits your visit on a warm afternoon just 100 m away. Here you can spend long days on the sand and refresh yourself in the sparkling sea.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.
