luxurious Villa with fantastic views, private pool and garden, 4 bedrooms sleep 8 -11, quiet, 10min to beaches of Conil, with free Wifi The very new "Villa Raquel" has been constructed in the Andalusian, rustic style. It is quietly situated in the hills surrounding Conil.
Enjoy the beautiful views of meadows and hills and the sea in the distance. Although quietly situated the next beaches are only a 10-minutes drive away.
The private pool measures 5 x 10 m and is surrounded by a well maintained garden with many flowering plants. There is a small cascade adjacent to the pool.
The whole plot covers some 1.200 sqmtrs.

The villa offers all comfort for 8 persons:
4 spacious bedrooms: 2 with two single beds each, one with a double bed and own balcony, one with a single bed and add. bed.
There are 2 bedrooms on each floor so that (also because of the ground floor of 170 qm !) the villa is convenient for two families who whish to spent comfortable holidays together.
It is possible to add up to 3 additional guests to the booking (for a maximum total of 11 people), with an extra cost of €20–25 per day depending on the dates. Extra beds are available.

In the upper floor there are two balconies (of 14 sqm each): one to the east for sunrises and one in the western direction to enjoy the sunsets. One of the terraces has a staircase to an upper terrace with even more excellent views.
The inner decoration is beautiful: walls with natural stones, many plants, Andalusian ornaments, wooden decoration.
In the living room there is an open fireplace, 2 sofas, a dining table with chairs, TV with international programmes.
The kitchen is equipped with 1st class appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, ceramic stove, oven, coffee-machine and much more.
There are two spacious bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub.
For the final cleaning we charge Eur 100,-

Schönes Anwesen

Haus,Garten, Pool alles ist sehr schön. Permanent hysterisch kläffende Köter in der Nachbarschaft verleiden aber vieles. Auch der LKW Verkehr zur 2 Grundstücke entfernt liegenden „Baustoffdeponie“ nervt.

Nettes Haus, mangelnde Sauberkeit

Nettes Haus, insgesamt deutlich kleiner (auch Grundstück), als es die Fotos darstellen. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was sehr zu bemängeln ist war die Sauberkeit insbesondere in der Küche - Tassen, Gläser und Teller mit Resten, bei Ankunft eine Ameisenplage in der Küche . Und das Internet /WLAN eine Katastrophe - wir hätten eigentlich online arbeiten müssen und zum Teil reichte es noch nicht mal für WhatsApp…

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in dem es an fast nichts fehlt. Im November ist es schon ziemlich kalt und wir empfehlen die Verfügbarkeit von Feuerholz für den Kamin und warme Bettdecken zu klären.

La casa es exactamente igual que en las fotos, destaca la limpieza y el cuidado en los detalles, tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje y comodidades. Paraíso en Conil

Si buscas un chalé con todo tipo de comodidades, en una zona tranquila pero cerca del pueblo y la playa... ni lo dudes, es tu sitio. Los dueños de la propiedad son unos encantos y te facilitan todo lo posible. Recomendado!

Ferienhaus Conil

Wir waren im Juni 2019 mit 4 Erwachsen in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Alles traumhaft schön genau wie beschrieben. Im oberen Stockwerk haben die Türen geklemmt, das müsste mal repariert werden. Wir werden auf jeden fall nochmals dort hin fliegen

All was not as it seemed

The location of this property was tranquil and private and we could not have asked for a better setting. There was a cold wind blowing daily which made using the pool and sitting in the lovely grounds impossible. Not expected for the month of May. The oven had only one shelf so not really functional. The upstairs shower was lovely. The downstairs bathroom had a bath which could not be filled by the fitted taps. It was a case of physically holding the shower head over the bath to fill it. This was a long drawn out process. The downstairs bathroom had no fixture for the shower head and no curtain so was not functional as a bath or shower. It would have been nice to have some instructions available as to how to use the appliances . The property is in an excellent central location to use as a base for daily excursions. A car is essential.

Wonderful villa and lovely countryside

Had a lovely stay at the stone house, the gardens and pool and accommodation good. However, the September wind and flies were not appreciated but was not the fault of the owners and Pepe and Chani were delightful.

Beautiful villa in peaceful setting

Had a lovely stay here. The villa is very spacious and well equipped and the gardens and pool are secluded and well-maintained. It’s an easy drive into Conil for shopping, restaurants and beach. Had a couple of small issues with the gas cylinder needing changing and a complete power outage at one point but both were quickly fixed by the lady who looks after the villa and the person who owns the neighbouring property.
