"Property is beautiful and is well maintained. Plenty to do on site including kayaks, pool, boating and exploring the grounds. Food options were very good although had a bad dinner with slow service at sand Bar. Rooms are well equipped however pocket doors were very heavy, shower head was way too strong and should have soap dispensers above both sinks not just one"

"Overall the property was nice and quiet and the cabin was nicely decorated. There were issues with spiders/webs on most of the walls in the one room and the septic situation was not ideal and only was mentioned once we arrived."

"My family had a wonderful reunion at this beautiful location. We loved the beach area! The owner was very responsive to questions. But the driveway is no joke. If you have members of your family who are disabled in any way, they may not be able to make it into the house. The only car that was able to make it up the driveway was a RAV4"

"Perfect cottage in a quiet location on the water.This was the third time we stayed here and as usual had a great time. It is nice to be able to walk to the state park with many hiking trails, picnic areas and a large playground. Very convenient location that is close to breweries, vineyards and restaurants. It’s a short drive to Penn Yann for groceries and other shops. We hope to return in the future and can highly recommend to all."
