"My husband and I both slept well on the comfortable bed, We stayed on the 18th floor and it was very quiet. It is close to several restaurants. The staff is very helpful. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt twice in the last 4 months and both have been excellent."

Made reservations but they were closed on day of check in so we came in next day. But they had us checkout the original reservation checkout even though I had to pay for a week.
