"Carpet had wet spots, sheets had stains, waited two hrs for room service, had to call back bc they forgotten. Took multiple calls for them to answer in a time frame of 45 mins. Valet or any staff didn’t offer a bells man to help with bags. Reg was 35 mins to check in. Over charge for everything. "

"Didn’t have breakfast but the hotel overall and staff were very pleasant and comfortable "

"Flexible staff and good amenities. Be sure to make special requests in person and not over chat. "

"Elevator took forever. And the tv in the room didnt work. No place to store drinks ice machines didnt work. Will not be Back "
