"Staff was friendly, helpful. Girl up front got us towels 1 eve & was apologetic. It was clean initially, but more like MOTEL rather than a HOTEL/SUITES. Not really any amenities. The Continental style supposed breakfast was closed. TV kept having issues/No signal so kept having to have someone come fix it. Even though we were supposed to have full room clean, the room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Finally the Mngr/owner(when they returned after 2 days being gone) brought new towels & changed bedding. We were told they are short staffed for cleaners. They were cleaning ALL A/C units in parking lot, so they had to pull it out of the room for awhile"
