Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

"We had an unplanned doctor visit in the morning of our check-in day that delayed everything planned in our day. I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. Then I realized my mother-in-law joined our trip last minutes and we had totally forgotten about this part. I asked Angela if there was a wheelchair I could use for my mother-in-law. She paused...
"Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!"

"Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !"
"We had a fantastic stay at Il Veliero. I can’t say enough about the wonderful Judith! Who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! She was so helpful and accommodating! We loved the location so close to beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and super clean. Our outdoor courtyard was perfect for our group of seven to have cocktails before dinner and charcuterie lunches. We would definitely come back again!!!"
