"So much disappointment to sum it up. I came in upgraded my room for a bigger bed. In the room the floors were not level, the water took 20 min to heat up, not including the low pressure my toilet clogged on day one by day four couldn’t take it anymore and after excessively complaining they changed rooms when all I asked for was a maintenance person (none on site??!! ). New room was worse then the old but they said they would not charge the upgrade fee which they lied. They did charge me but...

"We went there for a three day week end,reserved three day.Turned out we decided to leave one day early.NOTHING to do with the hotel.Amazingly out of the blue upon our check out they REFUNDED the third day we we were not to be there !!! How nice was that,really.Clean organized and very safe.If you leave breakfast still hungry you have a serious problem.We're happy with our stay there."
