Bullions Farm Cottage is set on the owner’s beef farm, who also breed rare breed Belted Galloway cows and Clydesdale horses, and is an attractive stone cottage with its own private and enclosed garden with a hot tub for your enjoyment. Bullions Farm Cottage was refurbished in 2019 and is a cosy little cottage perfect for couples or a family getaway. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor and upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom all nicely decorated. From your perfect little cottage enjoy a day out at Beamish, 15 miles away, the world-famous open-air museum telling the story of life in the North East of England during the 1820s, 1900s and 1940s it truly is an amazing experience.
The cottage is located on the A68, with links to the historic town of Corbridge with its gift shops, arts and craft shops, fashion, jewellery, local produce, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and the market town of Hexham. The cities of Newcastle and Durham are also within easy access. If golf is for you, book a round at Slaley Hall which boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses and also has spa, leisure and outdoor pursuit facilities, all within 4 miles. Beamish Museum, Alnwick Castle and Garden, Hadrian’s Wall and Kielder Dark Skies are also close by and definitely worth a visit.
