"Nice place, was a bit noisy at 4am on the street. I think it was people leaving the rooftop club"

"Spacious room for NYC, clean and comfy bed."

"Didn’t really use amenities but everything was cute and nice."

"Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the breakfast was really busy and the things like waffles and eggs would run out 20-30min before the actual end. The quantity should have been planned and made ready based on the guests."

"Great location."

"Solid choice"

"Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately on the booking it says there is parking but they don’t have any parking or valet. You have to go park your car in the street in front."

"El hotel estuvo excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de Herald Square, el subte y el Empire State, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo movernos por la ciudad. La habitación fue cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien después de largas caminatas. Muy lindo todo."

"such a great hotel at a great price!! Staff was so helpful, kind, & go above & beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay especially Jhune who even upgraded us to a suite. Super clean & cozy room w a view of the Empire State Building too! Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the city. Thank you guys for making our stay so amazing!!"

The bathroom door was also a bit disappointing, as it was a sliding door with gaps on both sides, meaning you couldn’t properly close it and have full privacy. "o hotel é dentro a times square, localização excelente pra metro. é possível conhecer toda Manhattan hospedando ali. o café da manhã é bem cheio de gente e básico no quesito opções. no mais tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e fácil acesso"

"It’s very hard to find no signage out front"

"Offsite parking was extremely expensive due to the fact that the parking garage was not affiliated with the hotel. But, I was happy it was in walking distance from the hotel with luggage."

"Great location for the subway to NY locations and Path to NJ. Friendly & accomodating staff. Only drawback is 5th floor was a little too close to ground level so some noise from the street throughout the night."

"Todo bien lo unico malo, es que no te devuelven el anticipo."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
