It has everything you need - comfy beds, a nice bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, microwave, and regular coffee maker, and a fire pit. We were grateful for the air conditioning too. "We were initially hesitant as the property had no reviews but that's only because Pat is just starting to rent it out, so definitely don't let that stop you. In fact, book now before the word on this hidden gem gets out. The house is immaculate and modern but designed with a lodge feel and many cute details throughout. It is spacious, with several common areas both indoors and outdoors - the pictures simply don't do it justice. One unique feature , which we loved is a separate boathouse turned into another large room directly over the water, which is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets ,with plenty of space to relax, play games, watch TV etc. My husband actually used it to work for a part of the week - the WiFi was incredibly reliable, even to run Teams calls.There’s a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with anything you may need to whip up meals , while overlooking the lake. There are a few mom and pop spots just down the road and bigger grocery stores/ restaurants 15-20 mins away.The house is directly lakeside, with very clean , shallow water (for about 15-20 feet) which was perfect for play with our toddler. There is also a swim platform as well as kayaks, a canoe and a paddle board to enjoy the lake and a fire pit for cooler summer nights making smores. Pat is a wonderful host, with communication, helpful with local recommendations and very accommodating. He made sure we had all that we needed for a wonderful stay. We truly didn't want to leave!"

"Get place to stay! We were able to check in early which was great. The place was clean and the bedroom were very spacious. It had direct access to the ATV trails for Oswego, Jefferson, & Lewis County. If we are ever in that side of the Hill we would definitely book again. Thanks!"
