Our stay at Marriott was exceptional and beyond amazing ! We loved the spa and hammam we also were surprised by the service especially the jacuzzi, they managed to put flowers all over the floor, it was so thoughtful and cute. We loved it over all.

Nice time in Constantien

Nice, clean Hotel. Food (lunch, dinner) very good. Breakfast - not so good... Good service. Payment via credit card takes some time, prepare Yourself for that while doing check out.

To start off, they have security at the entrance on to the property and they have security at the lobby before entering the building. Extremely friendly and understanding staff at both those points. The staff reception greeting me by my last name and had tea ready for me along with juice. Which being an advocate for tea, that was the greatest cup of tea I had. My room smelled amazing, looked amazing, and was at the perfect temp and I had one with a view. I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels. By far this was the greatest experience I had thus far. By the way the free breakfast and dinner buffet ( that you pay for) was exceptional. You just have to stay to understand the rest of the amenities 😌

The hotel lobby was really nice and the reciption staff helpful and friendly, room was nice abd bed comfy, quiet had good sleep. My only problem with the room service and breakfast restaurant, the food was so bad that I couldn't eat it,after I ordered the burger on the next day they burned the bread, inducating a very poor management, I could eat in a normal restaurant with very lower price and get the best burger, breakfast was very limited , where people smoke around you and bugs everywhere, bread is so hard as a rock, they don't know how to cook eggs, this was a joke to me these people hired either he is his relatives with benefits or he can't taste the food. 5 star hotel and they dont know how to make coffee lattee, this was another joke, last day during my third night stay thier was an event and they tagged tables for those guest, i set in a table away from this ones and yet the lady who work thier she was unproffisional acting like she own the resturant and she was rude and asked me to change my table, another extremly poor managemnt, no one watching them, what will happened when you bring a monkey and put him in a place without supervision he will start making a mess.

Séjour globalement agréable : hôtel moderne et propre, chambre (suite junior) spacieuse et bien aménagée, très belle vue panoramique et tram au pied de l’établissement. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié et copieux, incluant de la cuisine traditionnelle. Le spa est agréable, avec une piscine chauffée et un hammam de grande qualité. On ressent toutefois que certains éléments commencent à se détériorer : imperfections dans la chambre (poubelle cassée, taches sur le canapé, rayures sur les murs), peignoirs usés au spa et quelques espaces extérieurs manquant d’entretien. Le vrai point noir, celui qui a vraiment gâché mon séjour, concerne la salle de repos du spa : des personnes viennent y prier ( des abonnés du Spa apparemment) à voix haute avec leur tapis, ce qui a totalement brisé l’ambiance silencieuse normalement attendue dans un espace de détente, et le personnel n’est pas intervenu. est lunaire et innapproprié. Par ailleurs, une partie du personnel semblait parfois peu investie dans le sens du vrai service, donnant une impression de manque d’implication, tandis que d’autres, au contraire, voulaient trop en faire et en devenaient intrusifs. Enfin, dans la chambre, le débit d’eau de la douche était faible et la température difficile à régler. L’hôtel a du potentiel, mais plusieurs aspects du service et de l’entretien doivent être améliorés.

L’hôtel est juste incroyable !! Aucune fausses note. L’entrée est grandiose. La sécurité est présente à chaque entrées.
