"Nothing too exciting except the location. Rooms were rusty and falling apart. AC not working and rooms were hot. Staff didnāt have a clue how to sort it out and in fact were dismissive Overall poor customer service and experience Try and avoid"

"The hotel is okay for a quick stay. The only issue is that they would not allow my friends to visit the room. It was the World Cup and we wanted to meet before the game and the security basically told us that we could not have guests over in our room. We ended up going to Novotel to watch the game, ..."
