"Great place to stay near beach and I really felt safe when walking my dog. Quiet gated community is exactly what I needed. Beds are on the softer side. I personally prefer a harder mattress but honestly you could not go wrong staying here. I would say that if a problem did arise the management company was not great at reaching back out. Their laminated brochure is not up to date and mentions needing a parking pass and if it’s not present after you leave you will be fined. It took a couple days to respond back to say that the information in the brochure is not accurate and up to date. I also asked for the code to the workout room and never heard back. I’m so grateful that I truly had no issues with the place itself and enjoyed the community and my stay. "

"Beautiful development and lovely home. Only thing to improve would be to have one of the pools heated. It was quite cold but there was a few nicer days when the pool would have been a nice option. Otherwise outstanding property close to the beach."

"Loved the Longshoreman! The condo was lovely - beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything we needed for the weekend was there. Its walkable to downtown, to the many shops and restaurants. Our favorite was the covered balcony…even in the rain. We loved that we could hear the live music (from the Haughty Heron) while sitting on the balcony. Stuart, the host, was easy to reach, and responded very quickly to my inquiries, both while booking and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again. "
