"La habitación estaba amplia, limpia y acogedora.
El baño también estuvo amplio y muy limpio, el cristal de la ducha con el vapor del agua se veía sin sarro y sin manchas .. Todo bien. Disponían de jabón, shampoo, papel y toallas.
El desayuno que el hotel brinda es continental, si me gustó.
Nos tocó la habitación en el piso 5.
Estuvo tranquilo. En nuestro caso no escuchamos ruido en la noche.
El sitio está bien ubicado: a 5 minutos en carro de Rumichaca y 20 minutos del aeropuerto."

"The room is spacious and clean, but it lacks a heater. We had reserved a Superior double with a Mountain View, but we were given a King and twin bed with a glass-sealed window offering a view of the hotel’s interior. In Ipiales, nighttime temperatures remain low, causing the room to cool quickly. During one of our three-night stays, we were provided with a hot water bag within the bed covers, potentially intended to warm the bed. There were some issues with the toilet seat which the maintenance...
