Owners live next door and were welcoming and helpful with our needs.They were accommodating.. Allowed us to have a nice fire outside and they supplied the firewood.. "This is a lovely cabin and the owners seem nice, but it needs a new cleaning plan. After arriving to a dirty microwave, dog food on the floor, a dirty floor, a moldy shower curtain, cobwebs over the table, etc… I did some digging on other sites to see people’s comments and they were the same. The owner’s response to them and to me was that it was professionally cleaned (if this is true, they need to be fired) and that he would talk to them. "There was fire alarm issues the night of our arrival, but the staff was cautious enough to temporarily evacuate the place and have fire department evaluate the situation. Although to some, it might be an inconvenience, the staff's priority was the safety of its guests. Julie from the day shift, working the breakfast buffet, was fantastic 😍😊 she greeted everyone with a smile and is always there to help. "
