Urban Hotel Aix-les-Bains, BW Signature Collection
10/10 Excellent
"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

"We spent one night at the Miura hotel for the second time! Great check-in experience. Even received a room upgrade. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. "
"Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute."

10/10 Excellent
"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldnât have been better â just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds.
The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were â smooth and stress-free.
If youâre looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. Iâll definitely be coming back!"
