"We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property).
The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view.

"We had a wonderful stay at Colle Alberti! The staff went above and beyond for us—washing our towels and bedsheets three times to accommodate my wife’s allergy to detergent. We’ve never experienced this level of thoughtfulness at any hotel before, and it meant so much, especially as we were preparing for our wedding the next day.
The villa itself is secluded, quiet, and full of charm—perfect for getting restful sleep before such an important occasion. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the freshly ironed bedsheets made everything feel extra comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and we loved enjoying it while looking out at the rolling hills of Tuscany—an unforgettable start to the day.
Every staff member we met was kind and helpful with our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back the next time we’re in Tuscany. Highly recommend Colle Alberti to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Each bedroom was very charming and comfortable— each with its own bathroom. The ACs worked great in the bedrooms and we really didn’t need to use the downstairs AC in the kitchen and it was mid August. The pool was amazing as well. Our one criticism was that showers and sinks in each bathroom did not drain very well and the shower in one bedroom didn’t seem to be sealed well at the bottom so the shower floor would fill up and sometimes leak out onto the tile floor. It may be an issue of old plumbing. I let the management know and they said they would look into it. Also, just FYI there are no separate pool towels for the villa other than the bathroom towels provided.But those were both minor things. I highly recommend this villa! Check-in and check-out was easy. Management was always quick to respond and communicate. You will love this place!"

"This was a little slice of heaven. Just what you see in the movies. Tuscany is dreamy. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom small villa with a kitchen and family living space. There is a beautiful pool and beautiful rolling hills surrounding the property. During summer months it is helpful to take mosquito repellent if you plan on being outside a lot."
