You can't even take the elevator or use the fitness center without a key. It took a lot of negotiating to finally get a second key. "Place was well kept, clean, and had a very nice view. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Overall I would recommend. Only thing that kind of bothered me was that the check in process felt improvised rather than planned, but it all worked out at the end of the day."
