"We were in town primarily for a Red Rock show. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome due to the directions being inaccurate/misunderstood/ confusing. Adding to the confusion was the fact that there are 3 doors to enter the complex and the uber drivers drop you off wherever they want. We were dropped off at the wrong door for the check in directions to make sense. Also, there was some confusion with the pool. We learned from a security guard that...
