The only negative i have to say is its gets HOT during the day and takes hours to cool off( if your gone all day) we ended up getting a small fan and it helped a lot! Oh! Dont cook bacon or anything with a high smoke, it WILL set off the smoke alarms lol but overall a great stay!"

"We loved the property location and the pool area is beautiful. However, there are a few small tweaks that could be done such as fixing the bathroom doors so they stay closed. The most troubling safety concern we had was the strong smell of natural gas and I was not sure that there were C02 detectors. The smell was the strongest in the laundry room so we opted not to use the washer and dryers. Otherwise, it was a lovely property."

"This charming house was in the perfect location during our stay in SA for a graduation at the Alamodome. Also, our favorite Riverwalk & Pearl District are not far. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus especially in the summer months. We felt comfortable & safe here. The neighbor with pups was very sweet & chatted with hubby and MIL. The host left clear instructions for check in & check out. She made sure we didn’t need anything while visiting and was very quick to respond. We forgot to log out of...

"We were able to enjoy a long weekend to visit our son who lives om San Antonio as well as bring his brother, sister-in-law and niece. The location was very peaceful at the end of cul-de-sac and in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed our visit and stay."

"Great location for floating the Comal river. Can take your own floats and a quick walk from the entrance and exit if the river. Walking to restaurants and entertainment. Older house but clean. Would stay again!"

"Mommas house is just the perfect place to bring your group, family and pups if visiting New Braunfels. The house is modest on the outside but completely and beautifully remodeled inside. Three bedrooms you will sleep comfortably on the comfortable beds. Fully fenced yard with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. Media room, well stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a home away from home. Walking distance to Comal, Landa falls and downtown. We had a wonderful stay, and loved...

Communication with the host and property manager were great, we needed to be in close proximity to certain things and they were so great with helping us with that. The property was very clean, and had the perfect amount of space for four adults and three children. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed that every morning and evening!!
