The room was super clean and smelled great - the hallways however, did not smell good and seemed to be dirty. The ice machine on our floor was broken but the other floors were working. The staff was helpful, and kind!

We went because our power was out. When I explained to the staff what was going on and I had kids they let us check in a hour early. They made the the check in super easy. The pool may need a new paint job but it was the cleanest I have been to. Same for the bathroom that is in there. My son said the beds was like sleeping on a cloud. Super convenient to Walmart and the freeway. We plan on making it a monthly thing. 5 stars.

When I first arrived there was nobody at the front desk and waited 20-30 min to check in. Upon entering my room it seemed nice and clean. Walked in the restroom and the floor had a broken tile and a huge hole through it. The shower head sprays everywhere but where it needs to. Asked for more towels and got only 2 extra for family of 4. Breakfast was not what it looked like on Expedia! The biscuits are super dry, gravy was super watered down and potatoes were dry! Stayed two night's and housekeeping did not come clean my room. No new towels, trash still out. This is the first La Quinta I have had a terrible experience with! Definitely not owned by Americans!
