If you are visiting the Conway area for any of the activities the White Mountains have to offer, this modern rustic lodge is the perfect place to stay! For the cold seasons there is a cozy wood stove and comfortable forced hot water baseboard heat. NEW CENTRAL A/C for the warmer weather. Only minutes from many large downhill and cross country ski resorts as well as ice skating, snowmobile trails and snowshoeing. Only 10 minutes to Cranmore Ski Resort, 15 minutes to Attitash, 25 minutes to Black Mountain, 40 minutes to Wildcat, 45 minutes to Bretton Woods as well as others. Take your pick! The spring, summer and fall offer Storyland, scenic train rides, hiking, river and lake swimming, boating, river rafting, zip lines, biking, tax-free outlet shopping and great restaurants are all close by. Only 2 miles from the Scenic Kancamagus Highway with hiking, covered bridges, picnic areas, waterfalls and swimming holes on the Swift River. Bike from the door on the popular loop 203, that brings you down Passaconaway Road, West Side Road and the Kancamagus. There is a large covered porch/deck and patio area with a fire pit in the back yard. This rustic lodge has all the modern conveniences. It is in a quiet setting convenient to both Conway and North Conway. The Adirondack style house has tree bark siding, stone and wood accents and is nestled on a 3 acre private wooded lot. You will know you are in the beautiful White Mountains but will be only minutes away from tax-free shopping, restaurants and area attractions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to a make a sandwich or a full turkey dinner. It is furnished with a granite countertop island and stainless steel appliances. In a separate dining area there is a table that seats 10 comfortably. You can relax and watch the fire by the warm wood stove in the living area. We provide the wood! Off of the dining room is a nook with comfy seating and natural light. The master suite with king size bed and master bath is secluded at one end of the home and 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and another bath are on the opposite side allowing for privacy. A small room with a comfortable futon is also located on the main floor and can be used for sleeping or a quiet place to read or work. In the lower level there is a room with 4 twin beds, leather couch and chairs in a large area with a 55" smart tv, and Wii gaming system. Not only do we provide the linens but the beds will be made for you when you arrive! Equipped with high speed internet access, WIFI, cable, phone and a total of 3 smart tv's in the house. There are expansive windows to view the beautiful natural surroundings and glimpses of the tip of Moat Mountain. Children are always welcome. Non smoking only, pets considered. The level driveway allows for easy access in all seasons. There is a whole house generator so you will never be without power. The house was built in 2012 and is clean and has been well kept. There is something for everyone all year long!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Conway has a strict noise ordinance and we do not allow parties. The driveway is monitored with security cameras. Between the hours of 10pm and 7am excessive and unnecessary noises are subject to visitation from the local authorities and possibly fines. Please be courteous of our neighbors by being mindful of the noise level during your stay. We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs per visit. There is a $150.00 fee per dog. Any dog(s) need to be indicated at the time of registration.
