The Space:
Welcome to your spacious vacation retreat just minutes away from the bustling attractions of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This semi-open concept 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, making it perfect for families and groups seeking relaxation and adventure.
Step inside to find a large eat-in kitchen and a dining room, providing ample space for gatherings and meals together. The expansive yard beckons for outdoor activities, while the huge deck with a gazebo offers a serene spot to unwind. Guest Access:
You will receive a property access code for the Front Door 24 hours prior to arrival and will be active during your entire stay.

You have use of the entire house including the pool.

The only part of the home you will not have access to is the onsite office that has a separate entrance, RV and rear outdoor buildings.

You may park vehicles, trailers, motorcycles and golf carts in the driveway, any excessive oil stains will be charged for removal.

There is a doggy door off Living Room for small pets

• 🏡 This is a non-smoking property—please smoke outside and dispose of waste properly.
• 🐾 No pets allowed unless approved in advance.
• 📶 High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
• 🔇 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
• 🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock—code will be provided before your stay.
• 🧽 We kindly ask guests to follow our checkout and light cleaning instructions before departure.
• ⚠️ For your safety: no running, diving, or rough play if your stay includes use of a pool or deck area.

• Monthly Rentals will be required to sign a lease agreement for the term or the stay. Bi Weekly/Monthly Cleanings are required for stays longer than one week. Cancellation or departure prior to original move out date will require full payment of reservation unless other arrangements have been made. Stays longer than one week (traditionally 30+ days, however, at the discretion of the owner) will require renters insurance, security deposit and additional screenings.

POOL WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO ACCESS/USE OF POOL & DECK AREA and is included in your check-in instructions.
