The space
The property is a modern 2-bedroom condo located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood in Conyers. The condo has high-speed internet, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new hardwood floors. Guests can expect a comfortable and luxurious stay whether it's a short or long-term rental.

Such a disappointment
this was one of the worst rental experiences I have had. There is nothing "retreat" like to this townhouse. First, communication with the owners was a challenge - long time to respond and rather unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. The first communication you get after booking is a long list of all the things you cant do or you will be charged, no welcome whatsover. Then you don't get the code for the front door until after it is time to check in. When we got to the place there was a terrible stench of questionable smoke in the downstairs bedroom making it impossible to sleep there. There were also no sheets for the sofa to make it a bed even though it is listed as one, and no soap, no shampoo, nothing. Refusal to compensate us for all the issues. Overall unpleasant experience all around, and ridiculously expensive for 2 bedrooms (with 1 bedroom unusable) and no amenities. I would not recommend booking here.

Townhouse Treat
The property was extremely clean and the description was mostly accurate. the furnishings were different than the pictures of the living room but every other room was accurately pictured. I prefer a more homey feeling (furnished a little sparse and sterile) but quite adequatel. Definitely great for keeping allergies low. We would definitely rent again. The host was great and very easy to communicate with. Quick responses.
