"Very pleasant room"

"Arrived very late in the evening and had no issues - room was clean and welcoming. All the conveniences of home - Full Size Refrigerator, Stove, mini dishwasher everything except one thing - a USB charging port. I realize it's a bit trivial but with all the USB ports in my house and at other places I have stayed, I did not think to bring a power cube to plug into a regular outlet so I was bummed that I couldn't charge my phone. I would definitely stay here again. Located right next to Union...

"Wonderful location - we were right across from Buckingham Fountain. From the 11th floor, we had a great view of the lake. Old style elegance. The a/c - heating system is of a different era. I would not book a lake side room during the height of the summer - I don't think the system could keep up."

"Updated, clean property at a great location close to Union Station! Very walkable to many parts of the city and public transportation. All staff were SO friendly and really made us feel welcome! Would definitely recommend and stay again when visiting Chicago!"

"Not great. Door wouldn't close, shower wouldn't drain, only one light worked. The staff wasnt very helpful. Took two days to get someone up to help drain the tub."
