We got a room overlooking the river and garden. The room was very nice and updated. It came with a refrigerator and microwave, which is always handy to have. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The view was beautiful. You can ask for a non-pets room if you are severely allergic. We didn't know this, and we both have some allergies, but the room was clean and we didn't notice it at all (assuming pets had been in the room).

We got in late and check in was still fairly Easy We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway. Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed. Great place to stay.

Hot tub was out of order

Fun old hotel right downtown and easy walking to to shopping and dinning. Since it’s old, there are a good number of outside noises (cars, people, ghosts, etc..) bring ear plugs.

Had a great experience staying here. Facilities and room were very clean, staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the view of the river is breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here again.

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. Plush, quiet rooms and the views of the Columbia River are spectacular!

Great location on the river

Would stay again despite a slightly unprofessional check-in by a trainee. No biggie. A beautiful place and a good value.

Excellent location. Fun small local hotel.

Amazing staff- Sarah at the front desk and Suzanne and Melissa who did the crafts for my children were amazing

Complementary breakfast here is very good!

Nice clean cottage would stay there again.

I normally stay at the Hood River Inn down by the river, when I am in town, but it was full, along with other places I have stayed at before.. I was in town for the Hood River Follies, a play put on for 6 days over two weekends, sponsored by the local area Lions Club's, (this was the 39th year) with a cast of about 75...
