"This place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more. It was perfect for my husband and me, son and daughter-in-law, and their three children. The foosball table and hot tub were a big hit. Our five year-old granddaughter certainly enjoyed the toys that were provided. The bathrooms were just what we needed. There was lots of storage space. We would definitely recommend it, and come back again."

"Lovely property, well equipped & comfortable for a family gathering."

"This property was perfect. Clean, owner was very easy to communicate with. Fenced large area for dog to roam and explore. Close to Aubuurn, Folsom, Placerville, AppleHill. I highly recommend staying here. I really enjoyed my stay."

"An absolute gem in the woods! We had the most wonderful stay at Barnabas and Etonda’s cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The property is tucked away in such a peaceful, beautiful setting surrounded by nature—perfect for unwinding and taking in the quiet. The cottage itself is spotless, warm, and exceptionally well-stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The highlight for us was the incredible hospitality—the fresh eggs and homemade sourdough bread were genuinely...

"House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were available, like kitchen gear, extra bedding and newly installed appliances and homewares. Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. I would recommend this house and host for anyone who’s looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Auburn."

"Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing."

"Super cozy and spacious lodge, amazing hot tub/jets, quite easy to get to, and phenomenal communication/support (easy 10/10 there)! Grill worked wonderfully for cookouts + kitchen in particular pretty much had everything you would want. For the time being, keep in mind it is two full bedrooms and the couch, but the couch is really comfy (one of my friends insisted on the couch over the bedrooms bc it was that comfy), but that wasn't too much of a problem with our group of 4 :) Would love to...

"What a wonderful place to enjoy time with extended family and friends! The location was amazing - so quiet and private but close to sooo much. We loved being close to the lake, restaurants, wineries, Costco, and so much more. At the same time, it was hard to leave the property, with all its great gathering spots inside and out."
