"We stayed for 10 nights and the house was very comfortable and well equipped. Very relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed having coffee outside watching the birds in the trees on the vacant block behind the house. The pictures need to be updated and we took our own portable WiFi unit and had no major problem with it. The staff could not be any more helpful, while we were there. We highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a relaxing stay."

"The location was excellent, the pool was wonderful for the children. However the house was not up to scratch. Shower in unit bathroom flooded both the bathroom and the bedroom next door. The problem was not fixed during our stay No washing machine for 1/2 Our stay Fridge was leaking No shelves in bar fridge Large hot plate on stove not working 1 electric fry pan not working Lawn not mowed garden unkempt. TV reception not great but not a problem for us House needs a good spring clean"

"The location was great. So close to beach. We loved walking along the beach each day to town for coffee. The kids were upset that there was no wifi. The adults didn't care. We were very disappointed that linen and towels were not included considering the cost per night. Nit pick, the dishwasher filter wasn't clean and was very difficult to remove to clean. I did try. The property was a great size and 3 bathrooms were more than ample. We love Rainbow Beach."
