"The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....

"We stayed for 2 weeks during the kids world cup, and we had service every 3 days meaning we had to take out our own garbage daily had to ask for towels daily. Staff wasn't helpful at all, couldn't even get a printed receipt not mention that the rooms were $200 a night."

"Almost no breakfast. Staff monitors the waffle maker so you can have only one waffle. The hotel smells of dampness."

"The property was okay. The lady proprietress was awesome! My setbacks/ shortcomings were that I tried to no avail to access the television in my room 222. So for my two nights there I was unable to listen to news/ information! !"
