"The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price! They even provide a good breakfast, games and books on request, and gave us a little goodbye token which was so warm and loving! "

"Overall, the property was an excellent choice. It was clean, the resident managers were readily available and very friendly. It was comfortable for 7 of us. We used the cottage as well. This property is advertised as coming with chef services. The person who cooked meals was the property helper and he had limited resources. There was no CHEF on staff. The board in the dining room indicated charges of 1000 rupees a day for over 5-9 guests. We were overcharged (in dollars) and when I sent a text...
